And when he "bulks up" aka doesn't cut he's around 96 kg which I think is more than 210 lbs so with a little time he could easily build up to 230 but obviously not while fighting at 170 aswell but I don't think that's what he means either. He just want's to get belts in three divisions. The Philips fight is a very bad comparison considering he was meant to do his debut at 170 but stepped in on short notice. If he had been at his usual weight when he took the fight he would've never been able to cut down to 170 in a week, that would've been like 30 pounds right after cutting down to 185.
