Khan Academy is amazing. Sadly, I have no money to donate, but I've been adding subtitles to a lot of videos from Khan Academy (I'm a Spanish speaker), so at least I can feel like I'm retributing a tiny bit. Thanks for such an amazing website, Sal!

+Maxim Onischenko KZbin gives you the option on some videos around the sdite (I guess after the uploader of the video asks KZbin to let people add subtitles). Sometimes you'll notice an exclamation mark on the top right of Khan Academy's videos, and when you hover over, it says "contribute with subtitles", you just click on it and that's how

My calculus teacher uses this to give more insight into the hard material, and his videos are really successful in having the math make sense. The very fact that his videos are free for everyone really is a great thing, rather than those other stingy subscription based math websites.

khan academy is the best, i literally CAN'T learning school everytime i ask questions the teacher tells me to schedule private meeting with him/she because they fee like i can wasting the class time. ever since khan academy, education has changed for me. i can actually learn stuff now best experience ever. salman khan is one of the people i admire the most.

i love khan academy! im trying to get my ged and math is soooo hard for me and this site is the only thing that has helped, i tried books and other sites but nothing was this interactive and I have yet to find other videos as helpful as these. sal is the greatest teacher, better than any of the teachers that I had in school.

Ever one learns at different paces and styles, Khan is amazing because as a creative self learner I work at a slower pace then most people. Khan has given me the step up in learning and being able not only to keep up with my class and what we are learning but go further and ahead of what I am learning in school. School has suddenly become fun and so has my most disliked subject.... math :)

Mate, it's free and it's so much better than school. I like school but sometimes I don't understand the things that go on it there; the teachers just don't have enough time to stop the entire classes' learning for each student. Khan Academy has helped me so much to understand so many things because I can listen to it on my OWN PACE. Also, do not forget, one of the great assets of his lessons is that you can pause and rewind until you become familiar and understand the topic properly. And if you still don't get it you can get help from another person who does. You can then do exercises to test yourself.
