MgO is insoluble in water so how it is forming Mg(OH)2 when it is reacted with H2O

it is soluble in hot water not in cold water

How did MgO reacted with water to form hydroxide...in the previous video it shows that it is insoluble in water..ryt?!

@@kimboruah7622 MgO is quite soluble so it could have given MgO instead of Mg(OH)2 because it is quite soluble so it has maximum chances of forming MgO

so sir u said aluminum oxide and magnesium oxides are insouluble in water but the mgo reacts to form mg(oh)2 ,why is that? coz u did say al3o3 doesnt react to form aluminum hydroxide?
