That private moment also has social settings. So, it's also called "frontstage". You mean by private moment such as intercourse, don't you? "Backstage" is where/when you don't behave to impress anyone at all. While you still do impression management, then it's still a frontstage. Sorry for my bad English.

Happiness is just chemical reactions in your brain that are activated through your own subjective actions, wherever you grew up, whoever you grew up with all affect what will make you feel good, if you grew up in a city your whole life going to the wilderness will make you happy naturally, so find what makes you happy and do it, forget the human constructs and use the knowledge that this is all an act to your advantage.
