That's the problem, mate. The servers were offline when I played the first 3 chapters. After I finished the story, I found these rewards in the notifications. I don't know where in the first 3 chapters these were offered.

@@ZILA00001 The servers were offline when I played the first 3 chapters, I don't know exactly what match offered what reward. I remember I won 2-0 against Havik in the final battle, maybe that did it.

There is no Tanya skin in this video, but I guess you mean the Empress Tanya skin. That's unlocked by playing the story.
