@@nitrogamesstudios5276 well If i remember correctly. I only used ZBrush BPR rendering and Did composite in Photoshop for this model

can we use only polypaint instead of substance painter if we want to make game-ready models ?

Polypaint is vertex paint. the game models needs texture maps in order to run it in a engine. you can covert your polypaint into texture but with just polypaint , it cannot be a game ready model.

This is a plugin called "Zcolors" it is Shipped with default zbrush. just go to Zplugin panel and you will find it
