Ingredients:
1 Cup = 250 ml
3/4 Cup - Split Green Moong daal (washed n Soaked 1 Hour)
1 Cup - Lachkari Kolam Rice ( washed n Soaked 1 Hour)
Take Pressure Cooker
2 tbsp - Ghee
1 tsp - Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
2 no - Green Chilli Chopped
8-10 no - Curry Leaves
1/2 tbsp - Ginger Grated
Sauté well and add
Split Green Moong dal Soaked
Soaked Rice and add
Salt to taste
1 tsp - Turmeric Powder
Mix every thing very well
2 tbsp - Green Coriander leaves Chopped
2-3 min Sauté well
4 Cup - Water
Close the Pressure Cooker lid and make 3 Whistle ... Rest for 10 min
Mix well and serve
Kadhi :
Take a Bowl and add
1 Cup - Curd ( Sour)
1+1/2 Cup - Water
2 +1/2 tbsp - Besan (Chick Pea Flour)
Blend with blender
Tadka :
Take one Nonstick Pan
1+1/2 tbsp - Ghee
1 tsp - Jeera
1 tsp - Dried Fenugreek Seeds
4-5 no - Clove
1/2 tsp - Mustard Seeds
8-10 no - Curry Leaves
2 no - Dry Red Chillies Whole
1 tbsp - Garlic Chopped ( big )
Sauté till garlic become golden
1/2 tsp - asafoetida ( Hing )
1/2 tsp - Turmeric Powder
Put dahi mixture and mix well
1 tsp - Ginger Chilli Paste
Add
1/2 Cup - Water
Boil very well
Salt to taste
Boil very well for 8-10 Minutes and add Coriander Chopped and mix
Chilli :
Take
2 no - Big Chillies
Slit the Chillies and and Sprinkle
Salt
And keep on the flame directly
Roast it
Assemble:
Khichdi with Ghee
kadhi with Coriander Chopped
chillies
