This is due to software malfunction and causes errors in communication isro ne almost attitudes lock kar rakhe the jinhe land karte waqt operate kiya jana tha, communication fail hone ki wajah se holizontal velocity balance nhi ho payi or gravity ke influence me aakar lunar surface par crash gaya, soft landing ke liye vertical velocity ko operate kiya jaata hai by engine thrusters, abhi isro ne chandrayan 3 ko horizontal velocity direction se 90 degree rotate kar vertical velocity ki direction par set kiya hai jab moon ki surface height 30 km reh gayi. Lander ke stands vertical position me hi surface par stay karenge. Asha hai jab lander land ho jayega to 14 din tak operate hoga or next 14 days ke liye dead ho jayega kyu ki moon par sunlight 14 days tak rehti hai jisse solar panel kaam karenge but in case extrem cold condion there is a radioisotope thermoelectric generator is necessary which russia and nasa used. One thing is isro uses laser velocity dapplor control sensor below its stands which controls the thrusts and search a plane surface for safe landing.

Chandrayaan 2 failure:- limitation in programming of decreasing thrust 10°/ sec rotation= full rotation in 30seconds didn't work Chandrayaan 3= 25°/second rotation
