In Morocco, khobz is a very important element for every meal. We basically eat all the main dishes as well as the cooked salads with khobz. Even in the morning, we eat for breakfast by dipping it in honey and olive oil. My grandmother is going to show us how to make khobz. A recipe that will become part of your family cookbook!
If you'd like to watch a Dada (traditional Moroccan cook) make this dish, check out this video: flavorsofmoroc...

In Malta, we call our bread HOBZ. (1 is called HOBZA). Our bread is round, but much higher, and very crusty (dark), and the inside porous. I shall try your Khobz, as it looks quite easy, and VERY YUMMY! Bon Appetite! xox haha

That looks so good. I bet they would be great buttered and dipped in soups, or sliced open and served like a large English Muffin with, smoked salmon and cream cheese. Or toasted with Mint Jelly or Pepper Jelly and Cream Cheese.
