Hey Rocky. The key isn't "gun violence". It is people who ignore the law and attend chicken fights, illegal, and gamble on the fights, also illegal and a separate crime. Your argument is false because it's ALREADY ILLEGAL for those underage boys to have guns, and yet they had them. The Constitution of the US has the 2nd Amendment which deliberately preserves the right of CITIZENS to bear arms, because, when citizens have no arms, then the military and/or police can so easily take over the country at any time. Also, citizens have arms for SELF DEFENSE. Police cannot constantly guard every citizen 24/7.
