I had 4 orders arriving on 4 different days, instead of them coming when amazon said they would arrive, they held them all back to deliver once increasing the delivery time to 8 days. Not working for me.

Massive delivery errors for the last 2-3 months since the delivery center opened. Just had 2 lost packages and 1 delivered to wrong address this past week. If there was competition to turn to I would.

Give Amazon time, they just opened. It’s gonna take time but once everything is in order, it’ll work out. The post office doesn’t even get packages right all the time. We’re all human and make errors every now and then. Have patience with the workers. They’re doing the best they can. Remember everyone starts somewhere. Love others like Jesus!

Delivery drivers don’t knock on doors to deliver. They just place package at door and take picture as proof of delivery. This is the main complaint I’m hearing from most of the people I know which means more chances for thieves. One of my neighbors was home I witnessed what she told me and I went and knocked on her door so she would know her package was delivered. Delivery could be improved especially for people who live in rough neighborhoods.

this is some b.s.....dunno what they are doing, but it's taking 3+ weeks to get Amazon orders delivered to Hilo. Everyone here has now given up expecting anything from Amazon before Xmas and ordering from anywhere else (Target and Walmart)

Also, being in Lahaina after the fires, it’s all been online orders for me since I have no more vehicle. This summer I ordered some things in the morning and as always the shipping time estimates were 5 days. After lunchtime that day EVERYTHING had a 20 or more days for shipping. So there new “streamlined” project was uploaded that day. I haven’t ordered anything since. I now use Walmart+ and it’s the same membership price. They and their sellers ALWAYS ship to me with FedEx 2-Day Shipping! I heard from the Postmaster that the contract with Hawaii USPS was being renegotiated.

I don’t understand why on Maui what used to take 4-5 days for delivery has changed to 20+ days to arrive? This is a story to make because there is no explanation anywhere!

I'd rather USPS deliver. The Amazon drivers are lazy they throw boxes over my fence or literally leave it on the side of the road and take a picture of it at my front gate.
