Look at the case of Letecia Stauch (who was married to Al Stauch) who is on trial right now for murder of Gannon Stauch (Al's son with former wife)...He was often out of the picture due to his military service and had no idea how little Gannon was being treated....Parents need to be careful in choosing their partners too....

The mother was trying to get him back. The police wouldn't help her, saying she had to go through the court system, but the courts were "slowed down" because of the pandemic, and the POS father was moving to avoid be served. He wouldn't give the kid back to his mother, but he left samuel with a woman he filed domestic violence charges against, and whose own children were taken away due to abuse. The father better be charged. The girlfriend deserves the death penalty, the father deserves life in prison.

His Mother was apparently being prevented from having the court order enforced because the courts would not do anything due to some excuse about Cov. (Although, this was a problem for many way before that) The Dad never returned him when he was supposed to and most likely she was told she couldn't do anything or she would be in trouble of some sort, from what little I've seen of the case. @Scot Melick Police departments do things the average citizen doesn't understand. Some of the less intelligent go so far as to wonder why the cops don't just shoot the person when they find them (like they do in their imagination). In the real world police don't make announcements concerning cases until all the proper paperwork has been filed, the DA looks at the case to determine ALL the potential charges surrounding a crime, and they don't charge for things they don't think would be hard to prove if they have enough evidence to convict on more serious charges. That's the reason serial killers who say they've murdered many more than they are arrested for are usually NOT charged for every crime they claim; even if investigators believe everything the psycho says (remember, they're PSYCHO and so not generally believable nor trustworthy) there must be evidence for a conviction.

May 10 gf's roommate discovers boy's body, 2 days it laid in the bathtub, May 13 put body in storage. May 27th reported the child allegedly kidnapped by biological mother. June 1st gf calls another man to pick up Samuel's body to go to motel, right after the other man (different from the roommate I believe) called crime stoppers. Someone needs to seriously question the roommate. How do you go on for 3 weeks seeing a dead child's body, knowing what's going on on the news and not report it to the authorities? In NO way was there a good enough reason to help the gf/your roommate in hiding the body or keeping it secret for so long!

Look into Sacha Stone and New Earth Nation, and the International Tribunal for Natural Justice, along with The Justice For Children Organization in the US if you want to know more about what's really going on with the Children in many cases.

@Trogdor1365

This wasn't about not wanting a kid. His mom was fighting to get him back after the father ran with him. The father then left him with his girlfriend who he had a restraining order against after she tried to choke him, and who had her own children taken away due to abuse. He could have given sam back to his mother. The murderer could have given Sam back to his mother. People who abuse children to death don't do it because they don't want the child. They'll *fight* to keep them. They do it because they are cowards and having someone helpless they can do anything to gives them a sense of control and an outlet for their miserable lives.

@@milanimacc3939 I wouldn't call what I wrote a "defense." I'm just pointing out that that wouldn't help in child murder situations because it's not addressing the underlying issue. What would help is not giving *physically abusive* parents second chances. My sister fostered and her foster group had so many women who gave up fostering because they were tired of having the children they cared for go back to abusive homes and end up in the hospital or dead. I volunteered at a childrens home for severely abused children. One toddler had a boot print on his head for weeks from his mother trying to stomp his head in. The location of the home could not be publicly disclosed because the parents are a threat. And these kids often end up back in their parent's care.These monsters won't let these kids go on to happier homes.
