The hardcore conservatives are the ones that are for the death penalty and honestly I don’t get it because they’re supposed to be the ones for small government. Though a jury convicts, there are flaws in the legal system and there have been many cases of people wrongly put to death. It is a power the government should not have and it is horribly inefficient and expensive. Plus if someone like Nick Cruz doesn’t get the death penalty then what is the point of even having it?

Why do y’all glorify criminals by offering them a platform? When will you extend a mic to the innocent victims of these ppl? Not just when they’re stories are trending . And not censored versions of their truths either.

Win in prison there's only two things that will happen you get stupid ER and becum a part of evilness in the universe or you get wiz and build knowledge For the after life . I see it as living is the place where u learn how to become the greatest mentally and win u are gone that will be u for all eternity.

Hi, happy Easter. That's one of the worst platforms I've heard. They offer you the chance to voice your opinion before you get executed. It just shows what you have to deal with if you get involved with law enforcement and or crime. He should not have been looking for trouble.

Just for everyones knowledge.The state of Texas only houses Death row inmates for the counties that have given out a Death sentence. The state does not " decide when an inmate is to be executed. That is done by a Judge in the county that handed down the death sentence. So if an inmate sits for decades on DR it is because the county is letting it happen. It is all political as well there are never executions in an election year. Or lets say a new judge is elected who is against the death penalty they will never sign a death warrant and the inmate just sits there for decades. And i don't know if it is still this way or not but the county taxpayers used to have to pay the state to house these death row inmates. So don't blame the state for letting these guys sit on DR forever blame the ones who are actually responsible the liberal judge from the county.
@osu330892 жыл бұрын
So this guy appealed and had the death penalty vacated but then a jury returned him to it in 2012? Was this self inflicted by doing something with appeals or was this done automatically without his hand in it?
@MrJuvefrank2 жыл бұрын
People who get life take risks trying to get their freedom again, but they get the death penalty. I doubt it's any different for him.

Sentencing appeal: judge vacated his original 1991 sentence and sent to a fresh jury for re sentencing because his childhood abuse was not introduced to the jury. Second jury heard arguments with the newly admitted evidence of childhood abuse and they came to same conclusion: death. Harris county juries man
