They were alone in the Arms room vault together and he knocked her out with a hammer and put her body in a tough box. Do you think people in the Army are on 24hr locked down or something? Just like any job if two employees get in an argument and one kills the other, there is not much you can do to prevent that.

@@noahh.7642 no, so I'm in the Army been in for 15 years. Every unit has an Arms room, inside that Arms room is an Arms room vault. The vault has an alarm. So the only time the vault is required to be guarded is when the alarm is out.
