Chawal ka halwa banega adha kilo chawal daal doge to. Ek litre doodh me sirf 50 g chawal padte hain. Is hisaab se 2 litre doodh me 100 g se 125 g chawal sufficient hain.

I like my recipe better. No offense. I boil milk with cardamom, cinnamon and tej patta then add rice (broken) after that i blend it using the manual hand blender as used in the video. I also add condensed milk instead of sugar which gives a really rich flavour to my kheer and 1 tbsp of butter. I like to add saffron as well, which gives a really nice yellowish colour to my kheer. Last but not the least, khoya. Try this out and thank me later!
