After a minor fender bender we attempt a shade tree mechanic style repair on this 2018 Kia Optima in an effort to save some money. In this edition we replace the broken front grille.

Where did you get the parts I need the grille and the part above it that has the Kia symbol

He said he got them from Hanson Kia Parts online. They don’t have the best reviews but he took a chance and it worked out

Thankfully it’s relatively easy just some stubborn clips that are tough to reach due to tight spaces. Are you looking OEM bumper or aftermarket?

You don't show the placement of the screws. You walk up and the video go fast motion, then you do the same when putting the grill back on rather than step by step. I know you meant well but this was not a help for me at all...

Hey. Sorry about that. I tried to explain the process with the grille out of the car as getting a camera angle was impossible to show how it comes on and off. Thanks for the feedback though!

@@arkkiwiguy no worries! Hopefully you can get it soon. The tricky part was definitely the push tabs. Those don’t seem to want to let go.
