Test drove the Sonet Diesel AT & Petrol DCT and I couldn't tell the difference. The Diesel was quiet, faster and more refined. Things I never thought I would say about diesel, and I am considering buying the Diesel for the first time in my life. The Sonet doesn't seem like a compromise on the Seltos instead it is a better choice if you do not want a bulky car in the city traffic

Isn't IMT same as manual mode in AMT? Except you can skip gears? And computer cannot override your decision based on RPM? IMT would stall in those cases. Isn't AMT better them IMT?

It might not get a sun roof, but more importantly, it gets ESP, TC and Hill hold and is quite affordable as well... IMT or manual get these safety features only on the top GT-line trim.

I pre booked Kia Sonet GTX plus petrol IMT on the first day but when I saw its rear seat are just for 2 people on first day of launching in Delhi Kia showroom, I have cancelled my booking. Still my pre booking amount yet to come. I booked Hyundai Creta EX petrol in polar white color and getting delivery of Creta in 10-15 days where I have already paid 5.5lac of the amount to Hyundai dealership. Creta on road price is 11.13 lac for me as I negotiated quite hard and will be 2 lac cheaper to sonet model I got booked. I would suggest, don't run after features and blindly buy value for money Creta EX petrol variant. There is a reason Hyundai creta is always best seller and I know the reason but cannot write everything here. SUV means Creta and nothing else and that too Creata EX petrol which provides best value for money. Best of luck!!

There are umpteen number of ways to sell your product in this Country. Add all sorts of unwanted gizmos which in real life is seldom useful. Whether people really need those or not they want all in their automobiles. Driving dynamics, solid and robust build quality and safety aspects come second. Chinese have understood this very well and that is why they are providing a larger size touch screen infotainment system and other gizmos in their cars but the efficiency of their engines and build qualities are anybody's guess.
