Better go for mahindra Xuv 300. Spacious and practical for family. Sonet or Venue, space is very cramped. Believe me it's simply redesigned old Hyundai i10.

@Gaurav Choudhary Firstly All cars in this segment are good and safe. All of them are expected to have atleast 4 stars rating (5 stars in terms of Nexon n xuv300) but I've to warn u that your driving habits and skills is more important than the difference between 4 and 5 stars rating. 2ndly the narrowest car Venue in 1770mm vs widest xuv300 1821mm. There is a difference of only 5cm. When 5cms is divided among 3 passengers it's not much of a big difference. So 3 big and fat person will not be comfortable in any car but 3 thin persons will be comfortable in all cars. MY advice is if U are still confused after looking car reviews on KZbin please go to showroom/dealer and get test drive and the feel than decide.

Rear seat under thigh support is pathetic. I had pre-booked tech top variant but after I checked it in showroom, I cancelled and opted for seltos mid variant. Also the black interior seems not up to the mark. Rear seat recline angle is also bad.

I pre booked Kia Sonet GTX plus petrol IMT on the first day but when I saw its rear seat are just for 2 people on first day of launching in Delhi Kia showroom, I have cancelled my booking. Still my pre booking amount yet to come. I booked Hyundai Creta EX petrol in polar white color and getting delivery of Creta in 10-15 days where I have already paid 5.5lac of the amount to Hyundai dealership. Creta on road price is 11.13 lac for me as I negotiated quite hard and will be 2 lac cheaper to sonet model I got booked. I would suggest, don't run after features and blindly buy value for money Creta EX petrol variant. There is a reason Hyundai creta is always best seller and I know the reason but cannot write everything here. SUV means Creta and nothing else and that too Creata EX petrol which provides best value for money. Best of luck!!

If you do deep research, you will get to know, if creta spare part cost 500, same spare part of seltos cost 1500. HTX is more value for money than HTK+. For another 50K only it's giving DRL, LED headlamps, LED tail lamp, Push start button, Cruise control, ISO fix child seat, Electric Sunroof, Semi leatherette seats and Flat bottom steering wheel, leatherette wrapped gear knob, leatherette inside door handles, leather wrapped steering wheel, rear arm rest. It's justifying the price gap from HTK to HTX. So, HTK+ is not the value for money variant. Similarly for HTX+ to GTX+. HTX+ is not justifying the price hike of 1.65 lacs from HTX but very well justifying the price difference of 1.99 lacs from HTX to GTX+.

@Arun Shenoy well firstly this car is like based on the venue which didn't launch days ago right and metal sheet thickness Is not what I even mentioned , I said platform the platform of a car does have a crucial point in its structural integrity and rigidity the question is not about the thud sound but about whether someone in that car would be safe in a crash I am not saying that GNCAP's ratings is the most determining factor but when a consumer in the market wants to buy a car should that consumer completely neglect a point which gives some idea about a cars functioning and safety in a mishappening

@Arun Shenoy yes surely I know that all these companies are here for business but unless you guys will not start pointing out on the safety of a car then many will not get it and yes even a guy in a volvo can die but you can still buy a safer car and buying a safe car definitely does not mean that people will not drive carefully , but still when someone buys a car they should look for safety even expert drivers can die in unsafe cars and I am not asking you to make a claim but could you at least have a separate part dedicated to the safety and you can still encourage people to watch for safety , and you can not say for sure that venue is unsafe but can you say it is safe , no right then mention that this car is based on a weaker platform

iMT offers better control over the gears like MT with the feel of Clutchless driving like AMT. Also, it is easy to maintain. On the other hand, DCT is complex but it is more responsive and adds fun to the drive factor to the car.
