Any reference in Pakwheels?? Can someone ask them to review Sorento that has completed/driven 30,000+ KMs to know how robust and reliable is it? The sale of this vehicle has jumped in last few months. Almost selling 230+ units every months that is mainly because of low price tag. As soon as the existing stock is sold the price will increase So the review by Pakweels for the longest driven vehicle will help in buying decision for those who are considering it as an option as compared to Chinese Oshan x7, Tiggo etc On the long term the vehicle reliability is bigger factory than few additional features that may not be very practical on day to day use

Pakistan should get the diesel 2.2 AWD Sorento like the Australia/NZ markets. That model is AWD and has much more torque and better fuel economy than the petrol model. The biggest drawback of the V6 model is lack of an AWD option (Apparently the engine is too large to accommodate the transfer case).

Why do you buy Kia over other brands? Two words: "comfort" and "performance". I own this bad boy, and it just feels like the review does not do justice to this masterpiece. Ive been driving Kia's and Hyundai's since 2012 in abroad. It is actually better than all other options in this price range and if you want to compare it to oshan or tiggo 8, as ive tried them all abroad. Many other options especially chinese aremuch better to look at and have a premium look but none of them even come close to Korean cars when its about performance, reliability and road comfort.

Wealthy Chinese are buying into these in mass volumes, Chinese market is the largest and most competitive, most dynamic.. Chinese cars are eating into Japanese Korean market share in the middle East, Russia, Latin America, Malaysia, Indonesia. As I said Positive reviews from Australia, New Zealand, South Africa. I respect you might had bad experience but certainly your experience isn't shared globally. Also no major problems reported in DFSK Glory initially launched 3 years ago in Pakistan. Every single review on KZbin Pakistan raves about it.

For the reference please seek information from your friends or family living in Middle East, as for Russia or Latin America and South Africa kindly use the Google, you are going to find Japanese on top five positions. P.S. By the way, Pakistanis have experienced pathetic quality of F.A.W. and I for one am never going to buy a Chinese vehicle again as for D.F.S.K. Glory, well, I know a man who likes it but has stated about its paint quality and suspension failure. P.P.S. for your notice, petrol quality and road infrastructure alone makes car ownership experience in Pakistan incomparable with other nations.

In Pakistan the vehicle service intervals (oil and filter etc) seem to be very short at 3 months or 2.5km. In UK we service most cars yearly with common mileage being 10k-15k miles. Why are pak intervals so short?

Because service is cheap and there are more impurities in the air and oil and in people as well. That's why Pakistan is fucked. You also need to shower 4 times in a day similarly cars need quicker service intervals.

Masha Allah is a nice car, i would took the 2.4L AWD variant, the smaller engine would get better fuel efficiency, the AWD system would be useful for off-roading and snowy area like Muree. It is good to mention Sorento got a special offer and is today the best deal for an mid-size SUV in Pakistan.

And for the moment the 2.4L AWD Sorento is 7 500 000 PKR wich make it a great deal for someone who want a comfortable and multipurpose SUV. And i would said the best SUV deal in Pakistan for a midsize 7 seats.

if u like naturally aspirated engine then Sportage or Sorento is value to money. if u like naturally aspired engine then Sorento is value to money. Naturally aspired engine is good with any type of fuel and its average is better than turbo engines. Turbo engines are not good for our environment because of bad fuel available and fuel average of turbo is very bad. I have Sorento and its simply best. The car is available readily with NO Own money on it Kia has one of the biggest dealership network. Kia has better reSale than any SUV crossover category. Spare parts are available
