When I got pregnant I had A LOT of fear about having a miscarriage. My mom went through a miscarriage before having my 2 little brothers and it opened this door that I had never considered before. It was a very hard time for my family. The way I dealt with this during my pregnancy was to remind myself that the child inside me was Gods child. God would care for this baby however He saw fit to do so. Having this mind set did not take away from the joy I had but it also gave me peace.

Thank you for continuing to share your pregnancy journey in the public light. I’m glad to see you’re at a healthy place in every part of what makes up Kian (physical, spiritual, mental, soul). In that last part you mentioned about how to approach being pregnant again; I just want to say it immediately made me think of the parallel to our trust in God. Our faith is in an unseen God; it requires trust. As Christians, we (aim to) place our entire trust in Him even though we may not have seen Him or the glory of Heaven yet. Many of us learn pre-salvation or post-salvation that protecting ourselves from hurt by keeping any aspect of our lives from God by not giving it over to Him results in more hurt. But when we make ourselves vulnerable to hurt by giving our trust completely over to the Lord, we find that we when we fall, He is always there to catch us and be present with us. So in the same way with pregnancy, when you are pregnant again, don’t keep yourself from attaching to the process and the baby. It is good to know the possibility of another miscarriage may occur, but don’t let the evil one make it a constant noise nagging at you. Immerse yourself fully in the love that you have for this potential birth, putting on the armor of God and go forth with confidence and trust that God has always got you and Kyle. So much love to you both! I can’t wait to see how your lives unfold ✨ I pray that God, the source of hope, will fill you completely with joy and peace because you trust in him. Then you will overflow with confident hope through the power of the Holy Spirit. Romans 15:13

Praying for you. I found out 2 days after my 40th birthday in September that I was pregnant with my 1st. I'm 16 weeks now. I hope you get your birthday wish. ❤️Also working out is perfectly safe. You just don't want to do anything strenuous that you didn't do before pregnancy. Like for me I was weightlifting before pregnancy and still am. I'm still able to do deadlifts and lift weights but will have to modify as my belly gets bigger.

I appreciate you sharing your journey. Prophetic dreams aren't always prophetic, sometimes our own hopes come through and we believe it's the Lord ...then when things don't turn out how we thought, hoped or expected we struggle with God. My best advice is to "let go and let God" as simple as it sounds. We humans have a tendency to want to have control over every aspect of life, but God is so much greater than we are💜

I wanna thank you from the bottom of my heart for sharing what you have experienced. Because right now this is my reality. I’m only three weeks and the only reason why I even knew I was pregnant is because I started to experience a miscarriage. I’m sad, I’m confused, I’m hurt, but I know that God has a plan and I have to keep my faith. it is so helpful to be able to watch someone talk about their experience while going through it myself. God is so planned and detailed I don’t think that it’s a coincidence. Again, I just thank you so much for allowing God to use you. For using your platform as a testimony, and to share with all of us. I am so so sorry for your loss. And I know that we will be reunited with our babies in heaven. God has a plan, I don’t know what it is. I just choose to trust in it, I HAVE to trust in it. I pray blessings over your womb, I pray for pregnancy, I pray against any satanic or demonic force that comes against your womb in the name of Jesus. You will be pregnant again, you will have a baby, they will be happy and healthy, you will carry them to full-term in the name of Jesus.

One important thing to note about supplements (and I suppose I’m more writing this comment for those still TTC and not already pregnant) - women need to be taking supplements for 90 days before the eggs they ovulate reflect the benefits of them. That’s why it’s recommended you take a prenatal with folate for 3 months prior to starting to TTC, to make sure all the eggs you ovulate while trying have been developed under the time you were taking supplements. So try not to take a break in taking supplements even if you don’t conceive month to month, because continuity is important ❤
@aeliolson32412 жыл бұрын
Just a PSA for people, prenatal vitamins have folic acid in them, which is necessary for baby development, but if you're not pregnant, you can over dose on it by taking too many prenatals for too long. Reminding people to run things past your medical professionals that know your health history. Supplements can be so good, but it's also an unregulated industry. Kian, so glad you're being thoughtful, and thank you for being courageous to be this vulnerable. Praying and hoping for your rainbow baby someday!!

I've never heard this. My OB told me to take prenatals when I got off birth control just incase I became unexpectidly pregnant.
@kbahr2142 жыл бұрын
Folate (not folic acid which is a diluted derivative) is necessary for many people. My NP had me on a methylated version for 3 years, after having kids, and my body needed it, and thrived off of it, including other people with the MTHFR gene mutation (the f stands for folate). Everyone’s situation and body chemistry are different, and it’s up to each individual and their care team to figure out what they need. Blanket statements like “you can overdose on folic acid” are a little too general.
@aeliolson32412 жыл бұрын
@@kbahr214 Dilution doesn't change the chemical structure, but yes thank you for pointing out folic acid is the generic term used most commonly in manufacturing while you can find the same compound under the name folate. It is necessary for everyone, thank you for pointing out some people could have deficiencies and again emphasizing that talking to your healthcare providers and following their instructions is the best route.

Ahhh girl, I feel you. We’ve been trying for 13 months. Prior to trying we were an an entire different low valley for three years dealing with Vaginismus (not able to have sex). I was cured in July of 2021 and started trying in October of 2021, also I was diagnosed with PCOS early this year. Since October I’ve had many seasons where I keep “trying not to get attached and get my hopes up”, finally this past month I stopped and I let myself enjoy the “what if’s” it felt great being able to have almost tangible hope and I’m glad I didn’t suppress those feelings. I’m still not pregnant, but have chosen to put all of my energy that I was putting into getting pregnant into getting healthy and balancing my hormones (organic foods, grass fed meats, no toxins in the house etc.) it’s helped my mental health A LOT so I totally get what you mean by it helping you to focus on your health. Praying for you and your husband 💕

I had a prophetic dream about my wedding. But the thing is..I've learned I can't just hold on to that for the life of me because God can make anything happen when He wants. We need to also remember that even our own prophetic dreams may be just that - dreams and nothing more.. but still a way of God's love being revealed to us through them, somehow. I held on to that dream for the life of me to the point it was becoming unhealthy and I was becoming hopeless and it is still to happen. I've learned that even if it doesn't, that is totally ok. We are always looking to complete our lives with babies or marriage or other things but I believe God is the one we need to be content with, just Him alone should be enough. I don't understand the desperation in Absolutely Needing to have a baby or absolutely Needing to have marriage or houses or whatever else we strive for. To the point where it makes us so miserable when we don't get it and it makes us lose sight of God's goodness all around us. God is so much more than enough. Girl, you're still young and have a lifetime ahead of you. Time's not running out by any means.

I got pregnant about two months after my miscarriage, and ai felt that fear all through out my pregnancy. Like, even when ai wouldn’t be thinking about the miscarriage or anything, any time I would have to go to my appointments my heart would start beating faster and the thought would pass through my mind if the baby would be ok or not. I would pray and the Lord would help me throw those thoughts away, but they would definitely come, and it would make me remind myself even more that God was in control and I had to be very conscious of exercising my faith and hope in Him. And then the baby was born completely healthy and well. And the. We had another surprise baby afterwards 😅😅 and this time I was full of hope and life instead of fear and it all went well also. But something that the Lord assured me of throughout that rainbow baby pregnancy was that He knows my heart, and He knows my fears, and Hw knows my trust is in Him even throughout the fear and the doubts that sometimes want to keep in. And He has all the grace for grieving Mamas and parents for He himself knows what it feels to have His only begotten son die. And also Him and Him alone can give the hope of life again, so all the grace and the hope and the comfort and healing place is in Him 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

I do suggest you find your own naturopath instead of copy pasting what the other couple does, as there's a chance you or your husband already have more than enough of what you're taking - and overdosing can be really dangerous with certain vitamins/minerals.

Sometimes there's not a problem on either persons end. Sometimes there's a hormone imbalance that you need to be checked for. Sometimes there's just something about the pregnancy the body says no to. I had a few miscarriages before getting pregnant with my son. Took us 3 years to have a successful full term pregnancy. You need to go to a dr, rule out medical things on both sides, and relax and not actually try so hard.
