Kian, I really want to thank you for being open about this. Most Christian female KZbinrs that I watch have children and base their channels around that (I still love that) but your channel makes me feel like I am not the only young Christian wife going through something like this. Thank you making me feel less alone in this experience
@arr09912 жыл бұрын
You know Kian, I still see this (even though still not a finished story) a very much God story. If you think about it, God convicted you guys to start trying already to have a baby. He didn’t say when the baby would come but He said start trying. And if it wasn’t for that, you wouldn’t found out about your Ovarian count (sorry I think I just butchered the name), or maybe neither about your thyroid. So in this journey even with it’s disappointments and highs and lows that I’m sure you guys must have felt all, He is still moving, He is still showing himself. He has given you more time to try than you would have had if He had not convicted you to start trying, He has given you awareness of your health and more purpose to take care of it. He is in all of it, and He is taking care of you. And what a wonderful thing it is to be reminded of, that the God of the Universe is watching over you, cares about you and is taking care of you 🙏🏼🙌🏼💜

okay I have to say this because I have been watching the series and it has been the most incredible and weird thing at the same time. I feel like we are walking the same journey right now. I experienced a loss the same month you did. Then in October I also thought I was pregnant and it was my birthday and I was looking forward to being able to share the news with family We are moving in December/January and it is a huge transition for us… Like, different lives and different circumstances, but such a similar walk!!!! Your videos could NOT HAVE BETTER TIMING!!! 😭😭😭❤️❤️❤️ Just know I am praying for your positive, girl. Hold on to that faith, because God is going to do beautiful things with it!

my husband and I have been TTC for 2 1/2 years. But God has taught us so much, actually, taught me so much about managing expectations and giving up control, and realizing He is the author of my life🧡 I learned that it’s okay to simultaneously work on your health & lean on God while trusting Him and praying for a miracle🧡 praying for you and Kyle (& for all who are TTC no matter how long or short) to have miracle babies- love y’all

Hey Kian, I think our expectations can be our biggest weakness when it comes to having faith that God can move mountains because we are so inclined to figure it all out ourselves instead of waiting on God who will always show up and show out as my mother puts it, haha. I’m currently 9 months pregnant and my husband and I followed everything to get pregnant and our way wasn’t working and we were like if God wants us to be pregnant then he will set everything up for us and so we resumed our normal lives and out of the blue found out I wasn’t pregnant a month later. You have to put aside your expectations and you have to give up the control and not try and do Gods work before he can do it because our way is never the easy way or the right way. This is something I notice a lot about you is the desire to control and put your hope in what YOU CAN DO more than what God can do for you. I would definitely talk with God and learn to let go and let him do it for you. Especially pregnancy when we can get so absorbed by videos, information, other people’s stories and expectations, our expectations. And so I pray that you can find peace with waiting on God and to let go of expectations and any plans your building for yourself which I hope your taking on diligently. You and kyle will be in our prayers, god bless you hun!❤

There is hope with thyroid for sure! It’s something very fixable. I had a cyst on my thyroid that had to be removed so I currently only have half of mine left, and it’s pulling it’s weight and working like normal! I 100% understand the feelings of up and down with TTC. I’m currently 9 weeks pregnant with my rainbow baby who is due in July, just like my angel baby would have been 🥹 such a testimony of God’s faithfulness to me that he brought it so full circle. He’s in control over your timing too!

I dealt with vaginismus for three years (the inability to have sex) I could of waited for a miracle, but God chose to use doctors to heal me. Now I deal with infertility, again I could of waited without answers, but I chose to go in and get checked. That doesn’t mean I haven’t gave my journey to God. In my conviction I felt God calling me to seek answers. So that when I finally get blessed with a baby, I’ll be able to share that EVEN with PCOS God made way😊 Sometimes God uses professionals because He wants us to find out what He’s healing us of before He does.

Hiya Kian, I am a student midwife and as I was watching your video I really wanted to share what I have learned! My husband and I have also have been trying to conceive as well, for 6 months now. It is challenging - God never fails us! In school we are reading a book called, "Taking Charge of Your Fertility" by Toni Weschler, which is very informative on woman's cycles! Toni shows how woman can take their temperatures each morning (Basal Body Temp- BBT). This shows when a woman has ovulated (shown as a rise in temp), when you are fertile (by the type of cervical fluid), when your period will start (drop in temp), when she is pregnant (18+ consecutive days of raised temps), if she has hormonal imbalances, cysts and more! Very fascinating things. I have been doing this for 1.5mo now and I can see just by taking my temp that I have hormonal problems! I recommend giving it a try, and even a read if you have time! I feel so much more empowered by knowing this information about my body! God is never too early or too late - He is always on time. ;)

Going through the exact same thing at the moment 🤍 So many more people struggle to fall pregnant than we realise, I think you only become fully aware of those around who have been trying once you start trying yourself. It’s a difficult journey, don’t let people tell you that your faith and trust in the Lord means that you can’t feel every emotion that you are experiencing. We are only human. God knows the desires of our hearts and he sees our pain. He doesn’t look down on our deepest hurts, he understands. He just also knows the outcome 🤍 So we can trust that his plan for our lives is good. Prayers and baby dust to you 🤍

I think the hardest thing for me when we were trying to conceive was reading Bible verses about how children were a blessing and a good thing and knowing God desires Christian couples to have godly children for him. So in my head I felt like God owed me children and I felt let down. But what helped me get through it was to remind myself that God never specifically promised me children of my own and that either He had something else for me, or He was just having me learn to wait on Him. Either way your journey goes, just know that God DOES hear you. He does not condemn you for feeling doubt or grief or worry, rather He is patiently desiring to give toy comfort and hope. Praying for you!

I’m so sorry you are going through this. Kian, have you had a hormonal blood panel done? The brown spotting before a period can be a big indicator of low progesterone. I use progesterone cream from Amazon made from yams and also take Maca root from Macafam. Both products are very inexpensive. Macafam is great for overall hormonal health and aiding fertility. I have a couple personal stories of women in my local community using the Maca root. I recommend for any women dealing with PMS symptoms, and infertility. Praying you gain answers very soon and that the Lord would give you both strength throughout this journey. Stay positive. Keep your supplements to minimal. Full blood work and saliva testing is a great start if you haven’t already done so.
@rosettabyler33832 жыл бұрын
I also want to add, Maca root is safe during pregnancy. If you do struggle with low progesterone Maca root will be great support during your first trimester as the first 12 weeks your body uses it’s own storage of progesterone. At 12 weeks the placenta starts making progesterone. Another reason why some pregnancies are lost in the first trimester due to insufficient progesterone levels to maintain the pregnancy. Optimal progesterone level will also greatly decrease morning sickness symptoms.

My daughter in law took, per her gynecologist, Myo-inositol which if you research is used by people with PCOS as well as others trying to get hormone balance. After months of trying she got pregnant the same month she started taking this. We got it off Amazon after research brands. I’m not saying it made her get pregnant but…it could get your hormones in check. Has folic acid so once you get pregnant I’d stop taking it since folic acid will be in you natal vitamins

Kian, I hope you read this comment... It sounds like you have a really supportive and amazing midwife, thanks be to God! Is she by any chance NaPro certified? If she's not, I want to encourage you to share this Information with her, and I would encourage you to learn for yourself, too. It's an approach to gynecologic health and fertility that is Christ centered, but also very much focusing on your body's specific circumstances(hormone levels, other gynecologic issues) It harnesses the power of the Creighton Model of fertility charting(tracking cervical mucus) and was invented by some top notch doctors and surgeons who have invested their life into this. I promise I'm not a saleswoman lol , just a fellow sister in Christ, with similar struggles. I wanted to share this because it took me a long time to find something like this and I think it can greatly benefit you and your midwife! Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions about it, I can point you in the right direction! God bless you!

Don’t worry, bitterness and resentment is a natural emotion. You are disappointed and that’s ok. I had a miscarriage my first pregnancy (in my 20’s) that was devastating. Keep in mind that your egg count being low could be because you are naturally a double ovulated. You use more eggs every period because each ovary is releasing an egg most months instead of just one. I’m one and my count was low but, that means that you are more likely to have twins! I conceived fraternal twins naturally in my mid 30’s. Your time will come I know it. Remember to relax and enjoy life and the beautiful pleasures of both of your bodies (I know not my business). Just know (gah, do I say this?) that female climax tends to lead to a higher incidence of pregnancy. Pardon me, still not my business just totally unsolicited advice. I can only speak to what my experience and research has taught me. Don’t focus on the goal as much as the process. Also, check out the beautiful photos of the explosion of light that happens when an egg is fertilized (all over google). That is a magnificent thing to visualize.
