Kibler Woodsrunner Assembly Video Part 1. Fast and Easy

Jim Kibler demonstrates how easy it is to assemble the Woodsrunner Muzzleloader Kit that he has designed and produces. This muzzleloader kit is unlike any other kits out there as you will see in how quickly he gets the kit put together. This is part 1 of 3 parts for assembly, each around 20 minutes. This one has the side plate, lock, ramrod pipes, trigger, trigger plate. Many parts of the muzzleloader come already pinned or installed and the rest is beautifully CNC inlet to make for very quick fitting.
Some of the tools Jim uses in this video and that are recommended to have on hand when you work are a file, 3 cornered file with safe edge, small hammer, gunsmith screwdriver, pin punch.
Part 3 will be all about the ramrod fitting so in part 1 and 2, about 45 minutes total, he gets the kit assembled from how it comes in the box. You can't ask for anything better.

Just beautiful. I will be buying or building a Flintlock rifle soon. My biggest hang-up is overall length. I know that Kibler's Colonial and SMR are too long to go in either of my safes . The Woodsrunner I would assume is 3.5" shorter overall but you know A.S.S.U.M.E. Will you please tell me what is the overall length of the Woodsrunner ?

The woodsrunner is an "easier" kit for customers to assemble. Partially installing the tricky parts helps
