FINALLY the weather made it possible.... up until now for 2021 no chance for a wood fired session - but here we go with a real spring classic - pizza prosciutto e asparagus!
FOR PREPARATION OF THE PIZZA
Cook the asparagus (best use green like me in the video here) for about 10-12 min in slight boiling water (about as you would do with potatoes) that is salted. Remove them from the water as they get "crisp" and put a light layer of powder sugar, salt and lemon on top. You can also use salt only! Ad the asparagus and the prosciutto after the cook - let cool down for about 1-2 min - PERFECT! Enjoy!
