FINALLY the weather made it possible.... up until now for 2021 no chance for a wood fired session - but here we go with a real spring classic - pizza prosciutto e asparagus!
FOR PREPARATION OF THE PIZZA
Cook the asparagus (best use green like me in the video here) for about 10-12 min in slight boiling water (about as you would do with potatoes) that is salted. Remove them from the water as they get "crisp" and put a light layer of powder sugar, salt and lemon on top. You can also use salt only! Ad the asparagus and the prosciutto after the cook - let cool down for about 1-2 min - PERFECT! Enjoy!

Thanks! It tasted so great today after half a year of woodfired downtime 😉 it’s like Yoga when I become one with the oven, the fire and the pro tools … and the red did the rest… 👌👍

Hi, they told me my red baby Valoriani is in Port on a ship, but that was a month ago!! Summer will come and go, not their fault but I can’t wait to try my Caputo Pizzeria flour recipe!!

ah... waiting is hard but it'll worth it! the one I hade here was with Pizzeria as well 67% 24h - great! How do you prepare it? Greez hinze

65% 24 hr, Caputo Pizzeria! It’s very humid now in NYC so it messes up everything for me. I think the oven is obviously too good for my purpose, but I will be very happy using it and that is what counts!

@@hinze55555 the only reason I’m buying is because we are not able to do it when we are gone and buried!! Why not? is the question, my love for pizza has now manifested itself in the preparation and mastery of final product. What a great therapy and joy I found later in life. I know an addictive hobby when I see one, this one is a great one and actually not as expensive as others I have had in the past!!

Hinze, If you had to choose between Zio Ciro 80 and Valoriani baby 60....cooking with wood....which would you choose? You save $1000usd with the Zio Ciro. 🧐

phu, that is a hard choice... I would choose the 60 only if you want to heat with gas only... it can be narrow when using wood as fuel in a 60 diameter oven (there are people out who are happy with the 60 and wood as well - for me personally it would be to sall...) so I'd rather choose the zio 80 here between these two! greez from vienna! hinze

Yeah! More like 5 or so you can even boost the price to 7K with the automatic burner 😀

Hi. Warum machst du den Schinken und den Spargel nicht mit in den Ofen?😳

Hey jenny! In dem Holzofen ist die Hitze viel zu groß… Es reicht, wenn du den Schinken auf die Pizza gibst nachdem du sie aus dem Holzofen heraus genommen hast! Der Spargel wiederum würde nicht fertig kochen in der kurzen Zeit wo die Pizza im Ofen ist… also wie in der Beschreibung steht… Den Spargel knackig kochen, salz, Puderzucker und Zitrone drüber, dann die Pizza machen dann den Schinken drüber und dann den gekochten Spargel… Schmeckt perfekt!
