It’s been really interesting mixing in Lethwei when I’m working Muay thia my coach pulled me to the side and asked if I’ve been studying Muay boran 😅 I said Lethwei definitely seen the beef between Miramar and Thailand lol butttt the more I study Lethwei I am seeing a lot of common ground between Lethwei and Muay boran and having my coach work with me with that has improved my Lethwei Got your foundation of Lethwei and new generation Lethwei as well as studying every tape I can find on Lethwei

another cool combination i found out is jab, cross, feign a left hook and have it follow all the way through until your spinning into a hook or wheel kick.

My coach used to tell me the cross wasnt effective from the same side leg kick because it wasnt as loaded but it seemed to work good anyway

Lyoto Machida knocked down Rashad Evans with this combo at UFC 98 to win the 205 title years ago. I copied it and used it and it always worked for me especially when the opponent tries to counter my kick with their own cross. But Im southpaw gong against orthodox using this. Not sure how well it will work in closed stance.

I can communicate from Toronto. I have a home gym. Very experienced background. I want some solo drills for me alone. I am left handed. I'm skilled with edged weapons and blunt objects. I wanna incorporate your knowledge into my own self protection for street, with weapons in mind. I do not train firearms. I used to. Now its knife and bare knuckles.
