Watched this lady ACTUALLY fight on ONE fight championships, this doesn't compare to how TRULY smooth she is.

@@kennethdelacruz796Her Hand combo's are super fast. In/ Out distancing is first rate too. Her fight with the Thai " Wonder Girl" was a Clinic, but her technique looks great in all of her fights, win or lose. ONE CHAMPIONSHIP has Extremely Great Kickboxing and Muay Thai fighters.👍

You can counter it by throwing your right as soon as they move your left with their left. Dipping your head to the left will help dodge their right too

Only if you’re right in front. The entire point of this involves gaining a superior angle. If you’ve got a superior position, your right hand lands, they’re out of position to land. Thanks for playing, though.
@rumchata65692 жыл бұрын
@@BoxingWorksHermosaBeach good luck actually executing it with “stepping back, circling right” as if anyone is ever going to still be facing away after you give them distance. There’s ways to creat angles and this ain’t it. The opponent will always be right in front of you with this footwork. Go into southpaw and you got a different story. You still can’t creat the angle by stepping back tho
