I do this workout every night, in conjunction with her other workouts during the day. I have lost 20lbs so far (6 weeks) and going strong. Thank you Keaira for giving me the tools I needed to change my life all while having fun and learning some new moves!:) God Bless

I did this workout 3-4 days per week for 7 weeks and lost 14 pounds which I've managed to keep off even after falling off on the workouts for months. This is HIIT and it is the most effective way to lose weight fast, while keeping muscle. Thank you so much Keaira and Brina. Y'all are so encouraging. Sorry for the late reply but yessssss. Only this one and I did it 4-5 days a week. First two weeks 3 days then you get used to it and it becomes easier to finish but it never gets easy to do. I highly encourage it. I'm going to alternate now and hit the gym 2-3 days and do this as well. Feel like the weights will speed up the process. I still haven't gained the weight back. It's been a little over a year.

I just wanted to thank you for your motivational videos. Over 6 months I did a few of your kickboxing and dancing videos everyday and eating right I lost 65 pounds! After 3 kids I look better then I did before!

I finally did it! I finished with no breaks and to my max. I remember when I couldn't even get through 11 mins of any cardio a month and a half ago. Now, I have slimmed down(wasn't big to begin with,) but I am no longer "skinny fat" and now just skinny. No more love handles and lower back fat and my abs are coming in nicely thanks to Keaira.

This is so effective. I have been doing this work-out for only 2 weeks now adding 20 - 40 curl-ups everyday to this routine. Just 2 weeks and my bloated stomach is gone. I am now seeing 2 pack abs which is really unbelievable as I used to complain about my bloated stomach so much before. Last Sunday I confidently wore my tight-fitting dress which I have not worn for a long time. 2 of my friends even noticed the change with my figure and are encouraged to work-out. I am so happy. When you sit there and you watching, it looks easier but then when you try it, its another story lol. I made it for 5 minutes only and I was dead lol. Tomrrow I will make to 15 minutes, its a slow progress but I will definitely make it. I CAN DO IT !!!!!

I think this is one of her hardest workouts BUT it's a workout that makes me feel the most accomplished and proud of myself when I finish it. My heart rate is instantly up all the time and I'm sweating like crazy but those are good signs of burning lots of fat ! Love it !❤️

Great workout! I haven't done kickboxing in years. I'm sweating up a storm right about now. My fitbit says I took 2,921 step and burned 740 calories. It's just a little less calories burned from when I go to the gym to do Zumba.. Yah!!! :)
