I've been working out for 6 days and I've went down from 248 down to 239. Thank you Keaira you are amazing. My motivation is my 7 month old daughter.

You can also check out Millionare Hoy's videos on KZbin! His videos seem ridiculously tough (which they are) but I promise if you just do them your body will be trained and you'll love his workouts 😊

I'm challenging my self to do these 21 to 31 day challenges. even with my cerebral palsy, even if I have to take breaks and even have to modify the moves I am determined to finish these workouts..

Absolutely love this workout!!! It's my go to no question.I lost over 20 pounds doing just this workout 4-5 times a week along with changing my diet over quarantine .This workout is amazing and especially convenient for me who is a college student and doesn't have much time to spend 2 hours working out a day! I have a long way to go but as far as reaching my fitness goals, but hey we all got to start somewhere! Thanks Keaira Lashae!!!

Thank you for making these workoutvideos. I have been trying them out for a while now, and I love that they have a lot of variations in both length, dancestyles and workouts. Most of them are easy to follow even the first time, all though I feel like I’m gonna die at the end, but I have fun while I’m at it, and that is the best part. Your routines are fun to follow, and your bubbly personality is contagious.

Feel bad I could only commit for 11mins because I ran the threadmill for 30 and did chest and quad for 15, by the time I got to this I was so winded I could barely get off the floor. Gonna try to finish the rest tomorrow if I can, maybe 🙂🙂. back to motionless I go

Really enjoyed your style. So motivational & humorous.. The one downside was that some of the kicking moves were too fast & my understanding (& painful past experience) is that this results in a high rik of injury. Enjoyed bit regardless

Karina when I took a tabatta class once she supplemented lunges instead. You can get on your elbows as well and just do planks.
