I've been working out for 6 days and I've went down from 248 down to 239. Thank you Keaira you are amazing. My motivation is my 7 month old daughter.

WambleeWea Red Feather Keep up the hard work girl! Even when you dont feel like working out AT least do a little 10 minute workout or something... You can also check out Millionare Hoy's videos on KZbin! His videos seem ridiculously tough (which they are) but I promise if you just do them your body will be trained and you'll love his workouts 😊

I'm challenging my self to do these 21 to 31 day challenges. even with my cerebral palsy, even if I have to take breaks and even have to modify the moves I am determined to finish these workouts..

5 days till 39 baby!!! I've consistently worked out with you Keaira starting at 30 days till, only missing 4 days due to a broken toe. I'm so happy that I found your chanel. Even after 39, I will continue this fitness journey with you comfortably from my home. You rock Keaira LaShae!!!

Absolutely love this workout!!! It's my go to no question.I lost over 20 pounds doing just this workout 4-5 times a week along with changing my diet over quarantine .This workout is amazing and especially convenient for me who is a college student and doesn't have much time to spend 2 hours working out a day! I have a long way to go but as far as reaching my fitness goals, but hey we all got to start somewhere! Thanks Keaira Lashae!!!

This is the hardest workout I've done of yours so far, can really feel it in your legs and arms! 3 months of following your workouts, got a long way to go!

I'm so blessed to have a community of Beautiful, strong, talented women to workout with I'm so excited I find you Mrs. Keaira. My husband asked me., " Why are you up so early?" I told him I got to do my workout. Lol!! Its 5:30 am. He said baby I appreciate you keeping that body right. Lol!!

Thank you for making these workoutvideos. I have been trying them out for a while now, and I love that they have a lot of variations in both length, dancestyles and workouts. Most of them are easy to follow even the first time, all though I feel like I’m gonna die at the end, but I have fun while I’m at it, and that is the best part. Your routines are fun to follow, and your bubbly personality is contagious.

My favorite part of this video was when she laughed at herself for saying she wanted to see me dogs pooping. She made that "I know I'm a weirdo face" love her. We could be besties! The workout was awesome too!

Love your workouts I have your DVD and it kicks my butt every time but I get through this will be my next one your so motivating it's helps me push through all that good pain lol😂😂😂😂😂😂

Feel bad I could only commit for 11mins because I ran the threadmill for 30 and did chest and quad for 15, by the time I got to this I was so winded I could barely get off the floor. Gonna try to finish the rest tomorrow if I can, maybe 🙂🙂. back to motionless I go

Please make another one like the fat burning 10 min in a longer version I love that one but I have to put in repeat several times since I see I burn way more calories, you are so awesome and fun!! Can't do any other trainers

Really enjoyed your style. So motivational & humorous.. The one downside was that some of the kicking moves were too fast & my understanding (& painful past experience) is that this results in a high rik of injury. Enjoyed bit regardless

I wonder if anyone can help me? I have a ganglion on my right wrist so burpees and pushups are very painful, does anyone know a modification or alternative that puts less pressure on the wrists?? Thank you! 😀

Karina when I took a tabatta class once she supplemented lunges instead. You can get on your elbows as well and just do planks.
