kicked out of home by Gang members homeless sleeping under a bridge

Breaking bread.
Marcelle has government housing but is being stood over for his home by an unknown person or gang, he does not want to report it, as there might be repercussions, he wouldn't elaborate and had to leave, I couldn't ask him the questions I wanted. We concluded his interview early, Gabrielle stayed behind and I asked him a few questions, but he cut the interview short as he was getting upset, bringing up anger and frustrations, as he is not getting the right support he requires by the government. They both do not have any contact details so I left them mine in hope they contact me soon, I really hope they are ok. Some of the homeless like Gabrielle aren't getting the proper care or services they need for their current circumstances, some rather beg on the streets for money or resort to crime as a means to get by as they find it easier, as some get stuffed around from the government departments in delaying things for them on things they need as Gabrielle's situation. Gabrielle doesn't resort to crime but he does ask for money on the streets, pretty much begging. He needs assistance, like a case worker or someone who can sit down with him and work through it together as he needs assistance more than ever now, knowing he has had a stroke. His voice has even changed due to his stroke, I really think Gabrielle's story is truly heart breaking, like others I have Interviewed, I haven't come across someone whom is homeless and has had a stroke and can't find the help they require. The system has literally let him down.
I need to find them both to actually help them get the assistance they require, as nothing came of this Interview because there's just so much I could do other than get their stories heard atm. I'll have to figure out how to get a hold of them and link them up with the appropriate people. I think Gabrielle is a bit confused on how to actually go about getting the help he needs, he has suffered a stroke which impairs his judgment, I have left Gabrielle my contact details and hope to hear from him soon, I really hope they are both ok, warm and somewhere safe.

And my Son and ex partner are staying in motel rooms, while they find housing, when a whole floor in the flats on top levels are all renovated and vacant and have been for a while

This is really sad. You know to get Centrelink benefits you have to have an address? What's a person like Gabrielle supposed to put as his address? So, he's stuck. The system has been broken forever.

So the way to set it up is you find and abandoned housez you ring up a utility company sign up the electricity or gas. This becomes part of your address and also proof of address. You can leave it simple and not apply for rent assistance. Then you sign onto centrelink with the said address. You then can either have the mail delivered there or set up a diverted mail to a po box with australia post diverting mail before it goes to that address. There are 5 other ways to set it up but very easy.

So how much are P O boxes to rent out yearly ? Also, abandoned homes are owned by people or company's or corporations like the bank,it's called property, that has had the resources cut off because they aren't using the property, you need proof of ID first of all, a good credit history and need documentation, where and how are they going to get these documents to prove who they are ,oh that's right you need a driver's licence too . And in order to have a driver's licence you would of had to have an additional address on that ,then you also need other required supporting documents to say who you are and proof you're living there by a real estate agent.. explain this please because honestly im baffled on how the human mind works. Also you need proof of ID (identify) to get a PO box in the first place.. What do I need to open my PO Box? To get a PO Box number and pick up your keys, you'll need to show two valid IDs: one photo ID and non-photo ID. Your ID must be current, contain sufficient information to confirm that you are who you claim to be, and be traceable to you.

I'm sorry, but Zander I was trying to make a point & your one isn't going to work, end of. They don't have a birth certificate,they haven't got an ID they got nothing ,and if you're listening some have such severe mental state they can't help themselves.wishing you all the best. Your way won't work. It just won't. You said things and now you're changing your story and other ways to obtain this, it doesn't make sense and it can't be done that way. But best of luck.

@@UnheardVoicesMelbourne it can be done as ive set up around 15 different accounts. Yes I explained if you dont have id what to do to get id the best you can. You sayingbit doesnt work yet aive done it 15 times so clearly it does as Ive got 15 into payments then into work then into housing. The ones that can be helped not all can as too far gone

Hi Gabriel, I left them my contact details ,they haven't got any, I'm waiting for them to call me. I asked them if they wanted my help then and there ,but they both refused my help, I find it hard sometimes and it's really frustrating that some are stuck in their ways and don't want assistance ,that's why I'm going to start something soon so I can start getting them off the streets and into some sort of program to assist them.

They have medical, Centrelink and client engagement workers that can assist with them. They also have legal services on some days. If they need mail box the living room also provides Mail service where they can pick their makeup. Let me know if you need any help. Looking forward to your next video 🙂
