I was simply going to shout out "Sauna experience!", knowing full well that's absolutely impossible yet I would genuinely love to see what it's like someday. Anyhoo, realistically I enjoyed every single pre show and during show and aft vlogs and would love to keep seeing that...which is basically rando snippets of anything. It's all so fun. Not very helpful, I know. Regardless, thanks for sharing your experiences Tank! P.S. Adding random snippets of Ingrid/Claire calls is the cutest and the outro was awesome. ❤

@AP-RSI In the beginning of the video he tells the date when he was filming this - 9th of May 2004. He still has his long beard when he reacted to RATATATA, while he was in Japan. In early June EC and Babymetal performed their song live in Germany. Then we got a video showing Tank with a short beard in his experience going to a German Sauna. So there is no magic with his beard, just a delayed publishing of his roadi vlog...

Seeing these vlogs takes me back 40 years when i did rock and roll (yeah, we did it back then). Unloading truck after truck. 8am to 2am. Nap when you could. I fell asleep on a stack of Clair Brothers subs once during a show - thats how tired you get after doing 6 or 7 nights straight. Its a little easier today. Audio and lighting is much smaller and lighter. The technology is harder.

I'm glad to hear you speak highly of the Filmore. I hadn't been there in many years, but went twice that week and was really impressed by the venue staff. Unsolicited advice - somebody can spray the stage costumes with alcohol (vodka in a mist bottle should work). It kills the bacteria that break down sweat and cause the smell. Theatre costumers often do that to keep costumes a bit fresher between washes.

13:24 It's weird what he said... The German word for wrench, what you held in your hands is "Schraubenschlüssel" (can also mean "screwdriver") or just "Schlüssel" (which also means "key"). "Knarre" you would use more like when it's hydraulic/electric/air pressured (the "gun" shaped "brrrrrt brrrrt" tools, for example to loosen your wheel bolts)... but Knarre is also some sort of slang word for "gun" in general. 😄
@dnocturn842 ай бұрын
Yes, a normal wrench is a "Schlüssel" or "Schraubenschlüssel" in German and it's usually not called a "Knarre". A socket wrench is what is called "Knarre" instead. "Knarre" ist eigentlich ein anderes Wort für eine "Ratsche" oder professionell: "Steckschlüssel". Nothing hydraulic, electric / air pressured is supposed to be called "Knarre". That's supposed to be called a "Schlagschrauber". You call an impact driver "Knarre"?
