The way he explains things helps you learn to swim...others' way of explaining things help you hope to win a race against sharks and bad news you'll never be able to...btw humans have been swimming for thousands of years and these complicated olympic techniques are at best a 20th century invention...

No, you don't kick automatically when you're learning to swim. It happened to me: I concentrated on my crawl which I found very difficult to do, and my legs stopped kicking

I sometimes (rarely) do that unconsciously then I get confused when the coach starts saying I didn’t kick

confused by the feet splashing above the water. Most of the other videos on flutter kicks recommend the feet should not break the surface

I've been using the kickboard with my head above water and I don't know why I can't move forward. I know I am kicking but I am not moving forward at all.

I am unable to kick fast and for a long period too.... I get tired and with arms it becomes even tougher to sync both. I have been learning from past 1 month but my kicking hasn't improved

I really wanted to swim laps for fitness so I took lessons but I find it difficult to sync the breathing part with my legs and arms. This is for both freestyle and breaststroke. :( so I always end up swimming in one breath but not enough to do one lap :(

I cannot get the breathing down. I’ve practiced over n over but I stick my head way up to much to breath that basically both of my shoulders come out of the water. And of course I don’t kick enough It feels like I’m kicking but when I see a video of myself I am not. Because my heads comes out so much to breathe my legs sink. Any tips? I know what I’m supposed to do but I don’t do it.

Hey justin when I'm using the kick board i usually sink when i come up for air and I'd begin to sink and I wud get panic attack since i swim in a deep pool but besides that my kicking is perfect. What wud be your advise for me since I'm sinking when i go up to get air
