Kid Buu has always been my favourite. Full smoke, no nonsense. The first thing he did was blow up earth, he then proceeded to blow up other planets looking for the survivors of earths explosion then teleports to the afterlife for more smoke with the opps that he already smoked. Kid Buu is my favorite DB villain after Frieza. This entity just came through and destroyed. I love his unpredictability both with his fighting technique and personality. The fight with Goku in the anime was awesome.

What if: The Kais absorbed by Buu were recovered, like how Goku and Vegeta recovered Piccolo and the others. -I don't remember a time limit to extract life forms out of Buu. -The Kais weren't eaten up like Dabora and everyone else, so they weren't killed. -The Kais live basically forever compared to any other life forms, so they couldn't have died from old age while inside an absorbtion pod in Buu's head. -Whenever someone that is absorbed changes in some way, the Buu that contains him is affected by the change. I am assuming that this means that if a person dies, Buu loses all the power from him because the absorbed person has no power in his body to extract. -The evil part of Buu split from him, and it couldn't have taken the absorbed Kais with it, because the Kais are what made Buu a good (less evil) guy. I say that because when the good part of Buu was extracted from the evil Super Buu we were left wirh the original pure evil Kid Buu. The Kais MUST have been inside Fat Buu during the split. Conclusion: The absorbed Kais should be alive inside Fat Buu in those absorbtion pods. The question is what kind of Buu would we get if the Kais were extracted? We saw what it did to the evil part, which left the original Kid Buu. Would the good part simply seize to exist completely, meaning Buu doesn't exist anymore (disregarding Uub). Would we get a good version of Kid Buu? Would we get another pure evil Kid Buu? I am confused and need answers.

The fact that they can die and have apprentices, etc. prove that there’s a limit to their lifespan. It’s just they normally have a ridiculously long lifespan. IE: elder supreme Kai giving his remaining life to goku and Shin, being the grand supreme Kai, by default due to their deaths and absorptions while having been the youngest of the supreme Kai’s.

Kid Buu was so unique and unpredictable. The build up was huge, Even SSJ3 wasn't enough. He seemed invincible through regeneration. Early DBZ writing didn't blow its load too early, the pay offs felt very earned.

I think you brought some good points to the tale but one thing I disagre on is ironically kid buu being the epitome of chaos. To me he has too much logic to represent chaos and in some ways fat buu actually represented true chaos more. It changed over time for both of them but kid buu was generally more logical as representated as part of his control

The only advantages super buu had over kid buu were: having a brain that wasn't an embodiment of chaotic evil insanity, and the benefits he got from absorbing strong and smart people. If .. the writers were not making it up as they go ... . Kid Buu could of been a god of destruction candidate who was driven insane by destructive energy ... Millions of years ago .... Or more interestingly kid Buu could of been Bobidi's attempt to create a God of destruction to rival Beerus .. because why would he go after the kai's ... If Beerus existed and bobidi being intelligent and cautious wouldn't just rush into a suicide mission to attack the kai's knowing Beerus could wake up and teleport there to stop himself by being killed ( Whis wouldn't just let Beerus sleep through his death .. ) Knowing how powerful Beerus is if bobidi ever thought he could contest Beerus so confidently .. Buu would at least have to have god ki or be immune to hakai energy ..or .. simply kid Buu could be a tease to god ki ... Maybe when super Buu turns into kid Buu they can no longer sense his energy and thinks he is super weak then get a horrifying realization they are fighting a demi god now

It's a nice idea, but I don't think bodidi would know about beerus' existence since even shin wasn't aware of it and the grand supreme kai who fought buu probably didn't know about him either. My taje on this would be that before there were gods of destruction, there was only the primordial forces of destruction, one in each universe. These forces would've gone out of control and threaten the balance of the universes. The kaioshins would've enlisted the help of the strongest being (mortal) of their universe to fight their force of destruction. As destruction is a part of the balance of universes, it couldn't be defeated or destroyed, so the strongest mortal of each universe contained the energy of destruction in their own body, becoming the first generation of hakaishin. But, in some universes, this didn't go as planned, in the 6 universes destroyed by zeno, the forces of destruction won and they threatened the rest of the multiverse, that's why they had to be eradicated. In universe 7, although the first hakaishin was able to contain the force of destruction, it had became strong enough to let some of its evil power escape, laying dormant. Milions of years and several hakaishin later, this story had become a legend, and the gods of destruction of universe 6 and 7 seeked their replacement. On one of the planets between the two universes (like the one where they organized the universe 6 tournament in dbs), they found two brothers, the last survivors of their race and the strongest mortals at the time. Beerus became the god of destruction apmrentice in universe 7 while champa did so in universe 6. Later, beerus, now god of destruction, emprisoned the elder supreme kai in the z sword to ensure his safety, locking away the last one to remember that the legend of destruction was real and looking for its remnant. Milions of years later, the sorcerer bobidi dound the remnant of the evil force and awakaned it, deprived of its godly power but set on regaining them. As bobidi was a poor sorcerer, he could only incarnate the force in a mindless monster whose plan escaped even itself. The actions of the entity now known as buu were motivated by the idea of regaining its destruction powers, but in its weakened state only could do so by killing the kaioshin linked to the god of destruction to kill him and free the destruction energy. In its uncontrollable state, it could only remember the part about killing kaioshins and laying destruction on the universe. Thankfully, as the elder supreme kai was locked in the z sword, buu was never able to kill beerus, and absorbing the kais was enough to calm him down long enough for bobidi to contain him again, at the cost of his own life. He reincarnated into babidi (I don't really remember if babidi is a reincarnation or the son of bobidi, so I'm gonna go for the former) and continued his plans, now looking for energy to reawaken the beast in a more controlable state. Buu would now be a being unlike anything before, as he could reobtain the power of destruction if beerus were to die without choosing a successor and he also possesses the power of creation with the kaioshin he absorbed. This is an explanation fitting with early dbs info and dbz info. A version less focused on cosmical forces and with later dbs info could be that moro was able to create a destructive curse to take revenge against the kaioshin before being locked up. But, his disciple, bobidi was tasked with the final part of the curse as moro was seal before finishing it. As bobidi was a way weaker sorcerer than moro, he wasn't able to unleash all the potential of the curse, and he ended up creating buu, a force of destruction with a lot of untapped potential to be launched against the kaioshin. Then the story goes the same way

Thought you were gonna mention the fact that kid buu is stated in Super to have retained the God ki deep within him when he reverted back to his original state after Majin Buu was pulled from Super Buu (who kept the Grand Supreme Kai's appearance and cheerful/good hearted personality instead) this is why when Uub is reincarnated from kid buu (from Gokus wish) he gets the God ki and is able to help against the Moro by lending energy to the spirit bomb. (Note that the Grand Supreme Kai's power was no joke at it's peak, it was stated to have rivaled Beerus' but he lost a considerable portion from taking down Moro and that's why he wasn't strong enough to beat Kid buu in which he later ended up losing the rest of it when getting absorbed. But lives on through Fat Buu and Uub (in the energy sense).

The thing I love about Kid Buu is it's Goku's perfect partner for the Saiyan part of himself, enjoys fighting and does it in new and interesting ways, virtually can fight infinity and has Goku's child like sense of fun with it, it's why I wish they did more with Uub

kid buu also hardly has any dialouge and when he blew up earth he just did it without even talking due to the non-existent dialogue and just have his actions show his character it added to the humor of Kid Buu as well as his unique abilities kid buu imo is the best villain and i'd argue better than cell just by raw character

What makes me so terrified of Kid Buu, he's literally this uncontrollable chaos and has unpredictability, he has no lame dialogues, no arrogance and stupidity, most of all he has so much chaotic unpredictability that he has no qualms about killing innocent people and destroying everything, on top of that he is invincible with him constantly regeneration, which is why i really like Kid Buu as a villain and he's not scared to throw hands

Tbh I think the only reason Super buu won the poll is because u included 3 versions of him into 1 selection 💯 (considering you can only include 4 taking that into consideration) cuz me personally I obviously chose kid buu because he’s just a demon but if I had a second choice I absolutely would choose BuuHan & I think that’s why alot of ppl chose super buu because Buutenks is kool & superbuu is decent but Buuhan is just different & that long antenna used to hit differently as a kid & he was a part of a lot of creative fights & fusions so there’s a lot to be said about him in particular… but with that being said I think ppl prefer Buuhan over base superbuu which is why he won & surprisingly I would choose fat buu third even tho Ik u don’t like him…his happiness & innocence along with his buu natural rage was something incredible to witness in a villain we haven’t seen yet, just like when he healed the blind kid just so he would fear him but he thanked him instead, as a kid I felt BUu’s feelings because I used to be a little demon as well with a good heart so I relate to him being good & realizing the things he did were bad he developed as a character & I got him smooth 3rd 🥉
