I did 8 years, and still work for the military, and tomorrow morning I send my only son off to the Army, a few years ago he got to see Kid Rock at March AFB when he was doing a USO show, and us being Michiganders, my son was ecstatic. He has been watching this over and over, I'm proud of my son for his choice in serving, he could have done anything, but he bleeds Red White and Blue! But without support from guys like K.R. and from our own people, it does no good, piss on politics, but support our troops, its the least we can do for them.

My uncle served in the army in Vietnam. He died from the effects of Agent Orange. I was so afraid of him as a child because I didn't understand him due to his addiction issues and my own problems. I was by his side while he drowned to death in bed at the VA. No one should have to experience what he did. I pray for him everyday and wish I had of understood him much sooner.
