If only Eren was a Stoic. He would’ve just realized it’s your actions that determine if you’re good or bad. Not what happened to you, but how you react to it. All of our decisions should be fueled with the intention to better the world around us, and Eren did not have that intention sadly.

@@donta6133 he wasn’t forced. yes his decisions made sense due to his circumstances, but at any moment he could’ve chose peace for humanity, despite what’s happening to him and his people. erens selfishly concerned with only his people on an island, and thinks the rest of the world needs to die to protect them. when in reality he could’ve let things play out and expressed peace as the founder, since the threat was what the founder would do.

Right? But that’s one of the things I really liked about the anime. At first they make it clear who the protagonist and antagonist are but as the show goes on the line between good and bad become a blur to the point where you literally can’t choose a side
