exhaustion leads to rushing which leads to accidents. Using myself as a prime example, I did a split shift today and in the second half rushed to do something and tripped and scraped myself up. When you are tired, try to a ) find time to say no and rest or b) slow and be aware of your surroundings

To butcher the old catchphrase: "Friends don't let friends drive drunk." Friends also don't let friends drive when they are half asleep. With "friends" like them, she doesn't need enemies. If they didn't/couldn't drive her home, they should have had her take a power nap in the station and then have somebody check if she is able to drive before letting her drive home.
@memyselfandi77824 жыл бұрын
Sometimes you don't think like that in the spur of the moment. Yes they should've caught on that she was hazy and given another alternative, but it probably didn't register. But I see the point you are trying to make otherwise.

Okay people lets remember that this is a tv show and not real life. So it was part of the script for Brett and Foster to let Kidd drive herself home and for her to get in the accident. But if that were a real life situation Brett and Foster letting Kidd drive herself home even though they can clearly see how exhausted she is doesn't make them bad friends. I have several very good friends and even a couple of family members that have let me drive when they knew that I was going on very little to no sleep. Looking back at it now, no they shouldn't have but they did and thankfully nothing happened other than me not remembering parts of my drive.
