In the 70s they were all arrogant and acted like divas and so. AC/DC were the first to be down to earth. When Malcolm met with the producer of "Razors Edge" he said after that: "he is a good guy no rock star shit". When they were on tour with kiss, the security refused to let them into the halls because they had no limos.

I met Brian Johnson in Greensboro, NC, right before the very first show for the Ballbreaker tour. It was my very first AC/DC concert. He sat at the hotel bar and talked to me and a few other fans for like 15 minutes about football and other topics. He even waited for me to run back up to my hotel room to get my poster for him to sign. I got a picture with him and he planted a big kiss on my cheek. I can't stress enough how down to earth and nice he was. Truly a rock legend and just an awesome man.

It’s hard for me to believe that Brian Johnson took over for Bon Scott in 1980 on Back In Black and I was 14. Now all these years later at 55 I still listen to Back In Black. And to hear Brian talk about his history of where he came from and how things started it’s awesome.

I’ve heard it many times, however I NEVER get tired of it. It’s one of the greatest stories ever! How Brian became the singer of AC/DC!! When I was a kid this band was so important to me. When Bon died I was absolutely devastated. So, when Back in Black came out, me and my buddies put it on the turntable and waited! Hi Jodie . There are /were many parallels with Brian and myself regarding the motor industry and my father had the first privately owned Mini Cooper in 1961 and that exhaust note is unforgettable ! He made me chuckle about "clocking cars " ....a friend bought a Rover 2000 TC , it was immaculate but was very high mileage . Whilst it was in my shop he asked if he could " give it a haircut " . So he took out the speedo, took the back off and written inside were the words " oh no , not again !" Even 40 years later l still have a chuckle ! As always Jodie , you're the tops ! And Brian treasures every day and is blessed to have friends like you ! Thankyou .
