**Milk booster recipe**

INGREDIENTS
Spices
10 cardamoms (choti elaichi)
1/2 tsp. fennel seeds (saunf)
1/2 tsp. black peppercorns (sabut kaali mirch)
1/2 tsp. coriander seeds (dhaniya ke beej)
1 tsp. each (watermelon, pumpkin & sunflower seeds)
Others
50gm almonds (peeled skin)
Rose water (2 tbsp.)
1 tsp. Gulkand (rose petal jam)
PROCEDURE
Dry roast all spices on a tawa
Grind into a powder
Grind that powder with almonds, rose water & Gulkand to form a paste
Add water if necessary to get consistency of a paste
SERVING
1 tsp. into 1 glass of milk (chilled or hot)
NOTES
Can be refridgerated for 10 days max
Can be consumed 1 tsp. daily
