Someone recommended that I explain what's happening before playing through the song, so I'm trying it out here. The remake is almost exact, and I'm challenging myself to get a copyright claim on each of these so I know lol

The fact that you got a copyright claim means you did a good job 👍

Goddamn, i love kanye's sampling. So inspiring story too. You need to work hard, every day. You need to be obsessed with your craft, and constantly strive to improve. You need to be willing to take risks, to try new things, and to fail. Because trust me, you will fail. But that's okay, because failure is just a sign that you're pushing yourself beyond your limits. You also need to have a vision. You need to know what you want to say with your music, and how you want it to make people feel. Don't just follow trends or try to copy what's popular. Be true to yourself, and let your own unique voice shine through in your music. And most importantly, don't give up. There will be times when you feel like you're not getting anywhere, when you're not getting the recognition you deserve, or when you're just feeling burnt out. But that's when you need to dig deep, and keep pushing forward. Because if you truly love music, if it's in your blood, then you owe it to yourself to keep fighting for it. So go out there and make some amazing music. Believe in yourself, work hard, and never give up. And who knows, maybe one day we'll be talking about you as the next big thing in the producing scene. Keep grinding, double G's. Ye2024

This is good stuff and I agree. I don't necessarily follow trends but if I like a new style or am inspired to make something by something that's currently trendy that's fine. As long as it's from a genuine place if you have eclectic sensibilities like me you can make whatever you want. I also think a lot of this applies to all art not just music. Thanks for the comment and the thoughts. To everyone reading this keep creating.

Hey dude, what VST synth for the bass are your using in this video?
@tolerabletolerable Жыл бұрын
I used Flex, it comes with FL Studio and is a pretty fun beginner synth. Not very powerful though, as you can only really tweak presets in minor ways. Nowadays, I would use serum or simply an 808 sample from a drumkit on my hard drive. I hope this helps ⛷️⛷️
