Kids That Took Vehicles for Joy Rides

It seems these kids couldn’t wait to get their driver's license before they decided to get behind the wheel of a vehicle. One Texas mom was understandably furious when her 14-year-old son took her brand new BMW for a spin. She chased him down on the streets of El Paso in another vehicle and demanded he pull over.
