this wouldn't help not a single bit, infact it'll make it more dangerous. the case here is not the brakes stuck, but also the accelerator, as any car will slowly come to a stop without accelerator... Well anyway, this can't happen in real life, you can down shift even on automatics to engine brake, you can use the handbrake, there many many soultions and brakes are extremely reliable.

How to make your situation worse 101 Put the car in neutral if possible and ride it out. Seriously, don't be driving 80 miles per hour and purposefully swerve all over the road. That's how you tip your car over and then no longer be in control.
