Kiefer Sutherland becomes President in 'Designated Survivor'

With Kiefers new show starting now I couldn't not upload clips from this show too. Here is the climax of the premiere where it is revealed Kiefer Sutherlands character Tom is suddenly president of the US as all senior members were killed in an attack just before.
The premier episode uncovers different situations on how unlucky Tom got in the situation he was put in at this point of time.

It took them nearly two hours just to find a copy of the oath, and sorry, the White House is NOT where they would take him after a terrorist attack - that would be the nearest military base, not what would be the obvious next target. This is entertaining hokum, but if you think it's even close to what would actually happen, you have read too many Tom Clancy novels.

The President's job extends beyond doing photo ops in front of disaster sites, fighting with Governors and giving phone calls to grieving parents.

This series attempts to act "in the middle", yet, as you watch episode after episode, it's obvious this show bashes the Right over and over. Does it try to act "middle" by saying negative things about Democrats? Yeah. However, the negative comments between Republicans and Democrats is about 8-1......I started watching this series, hoping it to be "in the middle". It is a very well scripted and acted out series. Is it "middle"? No.....They constantly make the main villains Republican. Can't expect much else from Netflix. Think for yourself, not society.
