Today we have a full 25 minute workout that you can follow at home, or anywhere your KO8 takes you. In this session we will be focusing on the pulling muscles in the back and biceps and also in the legs and core to finish!
It's going to be a mix of mobility exercises, multiple plane compound moves, high intensity cardio and some core to finish!
