Breaking into the smithy early into the game for free gear is always a good spot of fun. Still there's plenty of free gear to be had with exploration. In particular you can get one of the two strongest weapons in the game from a crypt with a hidden entrance somewhere past the town's east gate. It's no black sword, but worth picking up if you're swinging past the area.

Well, the characters do have some depth to them at least, so the game is not all bad. The death animation by magic explosion is hilarious though. So is the Avatar channeling Solid Snake and just repeating what was told to him as dialogue.

Solid Snake is a character from the Metal Gear Solid games. The 1st game was made in the NES era and the most recent one came out 2-3 years ago I believe

Korick may not be much help now, but he will definitely be one to visit later in the game. Climbing and running also increases either Strength or Dexterity (or both, randomly chosen).

Heh, I spent many an hour training skills in dungeon master be it throwing stuff around in a room, swigging at the very air in defiance, or creating healing potions to raise my priest skill after walking my front row into a wall (taking damage raised their fighter skill)

Wait, the executioner would summon someone else to carry out a the death sentence of your crime. What is the point of an executioner if she gets someone else to do the executing?

It's certainly faster, plus there's no risk to herself. Executioners acted on behalf of the authority figure they served and Tenebrae is no exception. Were the Avatar scheduled to be beheaded it'd be her that'd do it, but for a more immediate sentence the wizard is much speedier.

It was only about twenty minutes and no, I used no macros to click for me. It was all manual clicking.
