I think I'd classify adverrt's music as something similar to drum and bass or modern "breakcore" (i.e. post sewerslvt stuff. Most of the scene technically isn't true breakcore but that's what most people call it anyway) Because of the in your face rapid percussion. I'm not entirely sure how they make their music so I'm hesitant to use the term break beat. However there is definitely a large metal/punk influence on adverrt's music which makes their work really standout amongst the crowd. You'll probably be hard pressed to find artists similar.
