Its amazing seeing all these Endurance atheletes the things they accomplish and some are never really well known than the next best person who spent his whole life training for a 100m Run. More people know Usain Bolt. But Usain bolt couldn't even beat me in a 5km run. Endurance atheletes are the real inspiration it takes guts time lifestyle love and a real clear mindset. I will make it there one day and i'll enjoy the journey there!

Guy Pauley it’s the one they both speak. As far as I know Kilian speaks: Catalan, Spanish, French (all 3 mother toungue), Italian (advance), English (intermediate). And Emilie non of them besides English.

Basically just a filter or barrier to keep the extremely cold air from freezing the lungs. At the same time allowing air to pass through and not ice/freeze over (like a piece of fabric/bandana/balaclava does when you exhale)
