hey there how exactly was the guitar sound done on Quake 2? was it really a sansamp?

@@rgerber Impossible. Sansamp, real amps, metal zone, big muff - but also some where processed in Turbo Synth (Something like Reaktor today but for Mac only at the time). So even i could not rer-create that sound. It was just what is was. Time to move on :)
