Nice, totally agree with the shade runner. I never liked using him to alpha strike, he’s too important for mission actions. Especially since he can apply damage, staying in conceal the whole time, flying around without having to commit to engagement.

Whenever my opponent feels threatened by how far I've moved everybody, that's when I feel I played the team properly. Now if you take that and apply that to actually good tactics and positioning, then you can excel with them. "Always be scoring" as you put it, solid advice. Any time I've tried to play the team more aggressive and alpha-strike, I really felt the flimsiness of the team. Flawless Raid and Recon is generally how I've played the team, and trying anything else felt impossible. Their updates may help them alpha-strike but I've never felt they had any reliability in their offensive output, so focusing on that just feels bad. Generally you touched on a lot of their strengths, players just absolutely need to hone in on those strengths.

Thanks Nate! It’s been a while since I’ve played the team but great to see that a lot of my experience still holds true. I think they’re an amazing team for getting positions and angles people weren’t expecting and as you say if you can use that speed correctly that can be really strong

Freezing Grasp was mentioned and how good it is generally against any 3 APL units, but against any team with a Heavy weapon, I tend to target those units and it reduces them to only being able to move 4 inches and do nothing else. Freeze the heavy gunners!

All the movement all of the time! I do believe 3APL movement teams are the most fun to play because you feel like you’re doing so much each activation! And those teams have all the tricks to keep your opponent on their toes

lol "pop tarting" what is this? This sounds hilarious

Pop tarting is where you use a normal move to climb to a vantage point and overhang your base off the back. You then perform a shoot action and use your dash to drop back behind cover. The idea is you spring up before going back down, much like a pop tart in a toaster coming up and going back down.
