First of all what should a mother do when she have the biological father denying the child dont want nothing to with her baby what make him people going to do what they want to now you meet another man who's willing to lover her and her kids how is someone blind you ever heard the saying one man trash is another man treasure. These mother comes to this court and always say i know this and i know that and they don't drag these young women name and character through the mud and all actuality they dont know what was said or done then the results comes back saying they are the father no apologies no nothing just keep running off at the mouth. These mothers be saying they wont money first off these mother dont pay a dime social security do why do they act like they will have to pay out their own pockets smh. How the judge didn't defend this young lady she didn't say anything even at the end that mom and sister was still being rude and disrespectful and the judge still didn't go in.

So that woman agreed to have a baby with that young man, then he bails while she is pregnant. Her other childs father accepts the baby as his and puts his name on the birth certificate, willing to raise the child as his. Then the young man dies and the girl messages the mother to tell her that her son has a daughter, Im guessing to ease her grief since she lost her son. Then the mother finds out that the girls other childs father put his name on the birth certificate to raise the child as his. Then all of a sudden, the family decides that this girl is a liar, drags her into court and publicly bashes her. All the while this woman doesn't say a bad word to anyone or about anyone. Then when the test comes back, she has a big enough heart to let these women who just finished ripping her apart to see her daughter...… Dang AN ANGEL HAS EARNED ITS WINGS

When she broke up with this woman's son and got back with him she said that he knew he was not the biological father. She said they were together so he claimed her daughter. I see nothing wrong with that. The grandmother wasn't there and is only going off hear say and she contradicted everything she said so I believe this young lady. Not to mention they were teenager's. This child has plenty room to grow. That woman is over twice that girls age and behaved ridiculously. There is no need to say possibly because like the judge said " She knew who her child's father is and said it from the beginning ". Her behavior speaks volumes about her character. tyrisha haynes That's not what I got out of that. She was pregnant and found out another girl was preggers too so she went on with her business and treated her new man as the daddy until he died. Real talk she's probably only making a deal about it now so her daughter can claim his survivor benefits which I TOTALLY understand. Before she was SOL (even the mom stated he was irresponsible and couldn't take care of himself) and now she can receive a form of child support.

This is disheartening on many levels. The way they continually degraded the young woman without any FACTS was really sad. The mother said she didn’t KNOW the young lady but quickly degraded her based solely on the opinions of others that supposedly knew her. Meanwhile, the young lady took it all without returning the same hate and allowed them to see the child knowing they’ve neglected her based on hearsay. I commend her for being as strong as she was through this public scrutiny and having a heart to do the right thing, in spite of.

The baby’s mother shows far more maturity than the grandmother nearly double her age. She needs to get the chip off her shoulder and be grateful the mother is willing to allow the baby to see her extended family. She is a piece of her son! GodsOnMySide why apologize? The mother came to the dead dad's mother saying "this is your bio granddaughter" knowing that another man signed the baby's birth certificate. As a grieving mother, I would feel lied to and taken advantage of upon discovering the other man in the picture. The mom is telling 2 families that the child could belong to them, without disclosing the probability of different father, & somehow she can't see why the now-revealed real grandma took issue with that? She was playing 2 families, so one the families dragged her court. It's quite obvious the plantiff's perspective. Mom isn't a saint in this, given that she's the defendant, just because it turned out that she was telling the truth the family who actually dragged her to court.

Nevertheless, the girl knew who the father was and that didn’t change. Only the fact that He denied the baby, I think is why she allow the other gentleman to be around. I do think she was wrong for allowing Him to sign the birth certificate. But again as an adult I would’ve handled it differently because at the end of the day. She grown and this young lady was a child at the time. We have to lead by example and we also have to stay grounded and open minded when it comes to our children.
