We don't know how much car blew up, we didn't see any blood and she had been through worse in the movie. She is definitely alive.

Yes . Yes she is alive. She could have easily transmuted the heat from the explosion into ice protecting herself. That is her power. We didn't see a dead body, or blood for that matter, she had been through much worse in the movie, everyone else that died in the movie, died obviously and clearly while we cant even make out how much of the car blew up. She is Killer Frost ! She is alive.

Yes ! You are absolutely correct. Her whole power is transmuting heat into ice. She could easily turn the explosion heat into ice to protect herself. Think about it. Everyone who died in the movie, died obviously and clearly. But, for Louise (Killer Frost), 1)we don't see a dead body 2) we don't even see blood 3) her most prominent power can save her in that situation 4)and, we don't even know how much of the car blew up. 5) Common. She is Killer Frost. She is 100000% alive.
