have to agree, the Klowns should have a lot of weapons and abilities to use besides their blasters such as the acid pies, the popcorn bazookas, shadow puppets, and even have them utilize balloon dogs to attack unsuspecting humans. Also, gotta have an appearance from Klownzilla

I watched the absolute shit out of this movie as a kid. The Klowns have such a goofy vibe and killer aesthetic that always stood out to me as horror monsters. Literally last week saw a KKFOS t-shirt at Hot Topic, and now we're getting an official video game? It's so damn surreal.

Oh man, this brings back memories. On weekends my parents would rent a VHS tape and my sisters and me would all sit and watch together, it was kind've an event we'd look forward to. KKfOS was one of the things I remember we saw. Last of the Mohicans, Attack of the Killer Tomatoes and some of the Hellraiser films too. We didn't have much back then, but we had each other. Those were special times.

I'm definitely excited for this game and it's cool that this movie is starting to get the love & attention it deserves (Waxwork in the past month or so released the movie's soundtrack on vinyl, several people associated with the movie are showing up at more horror movie conventions, and supposedly they're gonna be coming out with a 4K Blu Ray release using the 4K master that was used for the Arrow Blu Ray some time in the next year or so)

I was a Killer Klowns from Outer Space Haunted House Attendant at Universal Studios Orlando in 2019. You opening with the "knock my block off" line felt really in line with the house because that was the first part of the house lol. I can't be sure, but hearing this news hits differently for me, considering my involvement with the backend of it, at least from an amusement park level.

Also agree that a single player mode would definitely make it stand out among other similar games, especially if it's material recycled from concepts for an unmade sequel or tv show. Hell, if Leprechaun can have five sequels or so, then a somewhat obscure 80s movie should get its time to shine as well.

Killer Klowns is one of my favorite movies of all time. I'm one of those people who watches it yearly around Halloween and I even have a Killer Klowns t-shirt that I wear at least once every month. People complain that the 1v7 formula is over used (which is probably true), but it gives a solid in for obscure and cult horror movies to have their own games that continue to update. The Evil Dead game is really fun and I'm pumped about the new character updates. I can't wait to see what Killer Klowns will have in store.

I'm pumped for this game! I'm sure that even if they game doesn't start out with characters from the film, like Mike, Debbie, the Terenzi Bros. That we'll start getting them added in. Evil Dead: The game will be adding Mia and David from the Remake soon. So that shows the potential of what could be done with this game. It would be cool if we got a surprise sequel, or series coming at some point, with all the Killer Klowns stuff that's been coming out over recent years. Especially all the new merch.
