Thank you! Yes, it can be hard to work those adductor muscles if you don't think about adding in specific exercises to target them but for the ladies we really need to work our inner thighs! We're not aware of power music, but we'd love to know about it, what is it? We used a techno song in this one to give it that uplifting beat!
